Annotation 3: Beneath Annotation 2, there are more hand-written notes, perhaps indicating Sc 4/10. It reads "INT DRAWING ROOM", in all capital letters and underlined. Underneath, it reads "LYDGATE leans over." An indented piece of text beneath this reads "I fear you are not so well as you were..." Beneath that, the word "to". Beneath that, "Let us go steadily, one step at a time."

Annotation 4: There is further dividing line beneath Annotation 3, that stretches the width of the page. Beneath, there is hand-written text in all capital letters: "IS IT ESSENTIAL, REALLY - OR THE SCENE ABOVE WILL HAVE TO BE REWRITTEN AND EXTENDED."
